I forgot my password for the Skinny website! How do I reset it?
You may apply to reset your Skinny online password here.
You'll need to correctly enter the email address you signed up with and have access to that email inbox. Once you have completed the password reset request you will recieve a message in that inbox. Make sure you check your Spam or Junk mail folders as well.
Your account will be unlocked 15 minutes after the password has been reset.
We do not control the password for those logins and cannot reset them. You'll need to be able to login to Google or Facebook first before you can login to Skinny. If you need to reset those passwords, please follow the appropriate instructions on how to do so.
