How do I update my account details?

Need to change your email address or phone number we have on the account? Not a problem, you can change this information in a few easy steps.

1. Contact our helpful support team on 0800 4 SKINNY and let them know that you want to change something
2. As soon as they have double checked you are the account holder, they will organise for the changes to be made in all of the necessary systems

You can sit back and relax while we take care of it for you. Our team will be back in touch within 48 hours to let you know the changes have been done and if there are any effects to your account (e.g. if you are changing the email then you will need to use the new one to access your online account).
