My Plan and / or Add-On did not renew

My Plan and / or Add-On did not renew. What's going on?

Your Plan or Add-ons will only renew if there is enough credit in your Skinny account to cover the cost of renewal.

You can check your balance under the Dashboard section or by dialing 204 or *888# from your Skinny mobile. You may see that you do need to top up.

If you're still not able to figure out why your Plan or add-on has not renewed, just give us a call on 204 from your Skinny mobile or 0800 4 754669 from another phone.
