Overcharged or undercharged

I think I might have been charged the wrong amount for some calls, texts or data. How do I check my usage history?

To check how you've been charged, go to view Usage  in the Dashboard section. If it doesn't look quite right, give us a ring on 204 from your Skinny mobile, 0800 4 754669 from another phone and we can help work through your charges.
