Problems registering online

I can’t register online. What is the problem?

 

If you are having problems setting up your Skinny Mobile online account, make sure you have:

  • Activated your Skinny SIM card. 

  • Entered in the correct mobile number. If you're new to Skinny, make sure to use the 0204 mobile number that came with your new SIM (you can bring your current number over once you've signed up).

  • Not used your email address with another account.

  • Filled in all the mandatory fields correctly.

  • Make sure your Android device has premium messaging service enabled. Click here for more info.
