What’s a PUK1 code? Where do I find it?

PUK stands for PIN unlock Key.  The PUK1 code is a number used by Skinny for activation of SIM cards and site registration esepcially for data only devices.

The PUK1  is also required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following successive incorrect PIN entries (if you have set-up a PIN lock on your phone).

Your PUK1 code is on the back of the plastic card that came with your SIM. If you've lost that, give us a call at 204 or 0800 475 4669.
