Promo code is not valid
I've entered a valid Promo Code again but it seems to be used already. What's happening?
Our Promo Codes have a 10 minute hold period on a specific purchase/cart session. This means that if you applied the code to your purchase/cart session but then did not complete the purchase, the code may be temporarily locked out. The error mesage might also indicate that the code has already been used.
Simply wait 10 minutes and try the code again. It may help to clear your browser cache and history before trying again.
