No top up within 12 months

If I don't top up, how long before my phone number becomes inactive? Will I be notified before it happens?

Your phone number will be marked as inactive 12 months after your last top up. This means you will only be able to make emergency calls.

You can reactivate your number by topping up $5 or more within 1 month from the date your acount has been marked inactive.

After your account has been inactive for more than 1 month, your account will expire and you will no longer be able to use your number. All remaining balances will also expire.

We'll text you at three warning points: 1 month before your account is marked for expiry, 1 week before your account expires and1 day before your account expires.

If you don't want this to happen, you can do one of the following:

1. Top up before the account expires (Please note, you will need to do this using a voucher as your account will not longer be accessable online)

2. Transfer your credit to another Skinny SIM. Find out about transfering credit and how to do it here.

Because the minutes in the Roaming Add-Ons are for incoming and outgoing calls, does this mean I won’t be charged $1 for receiving a voicemail?
