My Plan and / or Add-On did not renew. What's going on?

 

Your Plan or Add-ons will only renew if there’s enough credit in your account to cover the cost of renewal.

You can check your balance and manage your payment settings online through your Skinny Dashboard on the Skinny App, or by dialing 204 from your Skinny Mobile.

You might see that you do need to top up or update your payment information.

If you're still not able to figure out why your Plan or add-on has not renewed, just give us a call on 204 from your Skinny mobile or 0800 475 4669 from another phone.
