My internet doesn’t work/ I can’t connect to the internet?
Please check that you have data remaining on your account by logging into your Skinny Broadband Dashboard
If you don't have credit: Sign in to your Skinny Broadband account and either repurchase a 60GB plan or purchase an Add-on.
If you do have credit: Check that the modem is turned on and that your device is connected either by Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
