How do I change my Plan?

Changing your Plan can be done in a number of different ways.

Before you change Plan you will need to make sure you have topped up and have sufficient funds to purchase a new Plan.  Once that is done, you can use one of the following channels to change your Plan.

  • 2424 Text Menu
  • Skinny Mobile App
  • Skinny Website

 

NB: If you already have an active Plan, you will need to make sure that you cancel it first, then you will be able to purchase your new Plan (This could be a different Plan or the same Plan)
