How to cancel with Skinny Mobile
We're sad to see you leave, and we hope to see you back again soon! We can confirm that there is no notice period with our mobile services, as we are strictly a prepaid company. Furthermore, if you wish to leave, all you need to do is remove your debit/credit card details from your account and we will not charge your account anymore. This can be done by the following:
- Log in to your Online Account on our website: http://skinny.co.nz/Security/login
- Go to the 'Dashboard'.
- Go to 'Manage Payments'.
- Select 'Manage Card'.
- Select 'Remove Card’.
If or when you want to return to us, you can simply purchase a new Skinny SIM and register it online via our website: https://www.skinny.co.nz/register/activate
Once you have registered your number online, you will be able to Top-Up and purchase a Plan.
