How do I change my address?

Moving to a plush new pad and need to let us know so we can move your Skinny Unlimited connection? No problem at all! In a few simple steps we can have you up and running in your new place ASAP. The more notice of the moving date you can give us the better. We recommend 10 days so that we can do all we can to ensure that a tech is available to connect you on the day you’d like.


If the only plan available at your new place is UFB, it can take a while to get this installed so the sooner we know this the better. We can arrange a temporary ADSL connection for you at the new place while we wait for the UFB to be installed but again the sooner we know the less downtime you will experience. We want to keep this to an absolute minimum, so follow the steps below as soon as you know your moving information and we will get the ball rolling for you.


  1. Contact our helpful support team on 0800 4 SKINNY and let them know what you want to change something
  2. As soon as they have double checked you are the account holder, they will organise for the changes to be made in all of the necessary systems


You can sit back and relax while we take care of it for you. Our team will be back in touch within 48 hours to give you an update on the date that this will happen as well as the next steps.
